Mechanical Equipment

Our company has many advanced machining equipments. There are 1 set CNC vertical lathe, 3 sets four-axis machining centers, 2 sets three-axis machining centers, 4 sets high-precision CNC lathes, 8 sets economical CNC lathes, 4 sets engine lathes, 4 sets linear cutting equipments, 2 sets milling lathes, 1 set grinding lathe, 1 set drilling lathe and 3 sets drilling and tapping equipments as well as other supporting equipments, including the air compressor and the ultrasonic cleaning machine.

There are many testing equipments, for example, spectrum machine, three dimensional inspection machine, projector, hardness test machine(HR), hardness test machine(BR), tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, dynamic balancing machine, salt spraying tester, X-ray inspection equipment, ultrasonic inspection machine, magnetic detection equipment, staining test, metallography microscope, pressure testing device and many kinds of general inspection gauges. Meanwhile, our company also has special gauges of our own design.
